Yes. Start on Free at no cost — no card needed. If you upgrade, you can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of your billing period, then move back to Free automatically. Refunds aren't automatic, but we consider every request — just contact us. We never charge without your consent.
Both give identical features. Yearly is billed once for the whole academic year and works out cheaper — Plus is ₹799/year (about ₹67/month), Pro is ₹1,599/year (about ₹133/month) and Family is ₹2,499/year. You can switch billing at any time.
Every plan includes Ask Owl AI, with voice explanations. Free includes 5 owl credits a day, Plus 50 a day, and Pro, Family and School 100 a day plus snap-a-photo. A credit is one owl answer, or one brand-new practice question the owl writes just for your child. The daily fair-use limits keep the tutor fast and affordable for everyone; 100/day is well above what a student uses in a day's homework.
One parent account covers your whole family. Add a profile for each child, and pick a plan per child — one can be on Free while another is on Pro. Every child appears in the same Parent Dashboard, and each child can be on a different plan.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings with no fees. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the Free plan automatically. Your child's streaks, XP, and progress are preserved. Refunds are considered on request.
